If we engage your business to raise capital with an external third party, we charge a nominal monthly retainer fee, coupled with a success fee “company side”, and on receipt of capital.
If we raise capital through a third party, then our success rate is 70%.
Working in collaboration with our regulated funds in the EU, if the business is identified as one, we would like in our own portfolio, yes, then that is possible.
